NSA is very proud of it's coaching staff and we have a diverse group of experienced coaches, who are all wonderful role models and experienced in developing not only great soccer players but great people.

NSA is extremely aware of the importance in having dedicated coaches for each of their teams and will not assign a coach to more than 3-4 teams. After 39 years of experience, NSA knows that a coach cannot effectively coach more than this, due to each teams' training of 2-3 times a week, league games, tournaments, parent communication, and devoting the proper amount of time that each team deserves.

All members of our coaching staff are State & Nationally Certified, Licensed, participate in the IYSA Kidsafe program and have completed the CDC Heads Up Concussion course and the Safesport/Abuse Reporting Act certifications.
