We are excited to launch and implement the NSA Character Development Model!

The Character Development Model is both a tool and a guide that we will use and adhere to as a club. It sets the foundation for not just developing great soccer players, but also for developing great people.

With the introduction and implementation of the model, we will bring powerful character traits into our daily communication with players. We will relate character qualities like self-discipline, courage, and perseverance into our communication and tie them to life both on and off the field.

We will use this Model for our club to reach its full potential, not only for its players and families, but also for us as an organization. Together we can use the Character Development Model to create a unique and powerful opportunity for our players to develop and thrive in as individuals and as a team.
