BALL MASTERY

Ball Mastery

Ball mastery is the player’s ability to manipulate the ball with either foot and different surfaces of the feet. The purpose of this is to give players the best opportunity and environment to help develop their abilities and aspirations as a player .The exercises are based more towards player development rather than team development, focusing more towards the ratio of 1 player: 1 ball. We encourage all NSA players to learn and practice the skills at home, one possible way of encouraging this is by having them watch the video - under 'Video Demonstration'.
