NSA SEASON
At NSA, we define the soccer season in the following way;
Fall Season -Practices & Games from August - early November
Indoor Winter Season -Practices & Games from late November - mid March
Spring Season -Practices & Games from March - June
TRAINING SESSIONS
Outdoor Sessions (Fall & Spring)
U11 and older: 3 Sessions per week (1hr 30mins)
U7/8 through U10: 2 Sessions per week (1hr 30mins)
Indoor Sessions (Winter)
Teams: Once per week with the option of additional training sessions.
High school Showcase teams have 2 sessions/week

POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Additional leagues of MRL/MCL, State Premiership, State Cup, President's Cup fees (older ages only)
- Tournament entrance fees and share of coach's travel and coaching fees for tournaments. Tournament fees vary from team to team and are based upon the location of the tournament and divided equally with the team's rostered players
- Additional Technical Winter indoor training sessions and Summer training sessions, if desired
